OLLIA RENOVATIONS & SERVICES
Good work. Good guidance.
No guessing.
Renovating is always a big thing. Doing it in a new and maybe foreign place can feel overwhelming. With Ollia, it won’t. We bring skilled workmanship together with clear communication, practical guidance and trusted local knowledge, so you always know what's happening, what comes next and who to call.
Repairs & Small Jobs
For the list that’s been sitting around for months. Repairs, installations, improvements and all the things that need to get done.
Renovations
For bigger transformations, from a single room to a full property. Planning, coordination, skilled trades and hands-on management from start to finish.
MAKING A HOME IN FRANCE?
You don’t have to figure it all out in French.
Buying, renovating or maintaining a home in another country comes with an entirely separate set of questions. Ollia helps international homeowners and residents navigate the language, suppliers, trades, processes and peculiarities of getting things done in France.
Work we’re proud of
How It WorksA better way to get things done.
-
Understand what you need, what you're working with and what matters most.
-
Define the work, make the decisions and get the right people in place.
-
Skilled work, thoughtful coordination and communication throughout.
-
The job is done. The space works. And you know who to call next time.
Local knowledge.
Different perspective.
Ollia grew from firsthand experience of making a home in France and realizing just how complicated even simple projects can become when you don't know the systems, language or right people to call.
Carey (American) and Ingrid (French) immigrated and re-patriated, respectively, to Montpellier in 2023 giving them the unique perspective of international, foreigner, and local all in one.
